Walking round the vast Maison et Objet Paris trade show is so much more rewarding now that many more British companies are exhibiting, not just on group stands but in their own right. It's a wonderful testimony to the growing international success of new British brands – such as Vitamin. I was enchanted by these Knot Lights hanging in such an arresting group, with glass shades that show their inner workings.
