London designer making towel racks, candle-holders and even chandeliers from plumbing wheels and pipes.
I was asked by Dieneke Ferguson of Hidden Art to photograph London designers for a photography competition/exhibition called Vision for London. The picture needed to reflect a London design enterprise in any way the photographer thought fit. We went to Nick's studio in East London, and played around with some shots outside, but suddenly it seemed obvious to frame him in one of his own creations. We also photographed Snowden Flood (19) as part of the same exercise – and were thrilled when that photograph was selected for display. Though I still have a weakness for this a little piratical one of Nick….
